Is your Beef Injection just good for Brisket   No, It is good for all types of beef, stews, and is even good in gravy.

Can the Chicken Soak work on turkey as well   Yes, it is great with all types of poultry.

The product I am currently using has clumps in it after I blend it. Is your the same way   No, Our product mixes easily never clotting or caking. See below for further explanation.

Is there a difference in your product verses others   Yes, Kosmo's Beef and Pork Injection DO NOT contain Hydrolyzed vegetable oil or cotton seed oil. Thus taking the twang taste out of the final product. By removing this it also doesn't clot or cake when mixing (No heat or blending).

Does your products just add moisture or do they also enhance the flavor   Yes they do both. We have spent a great deal of time researching this area. Kosmo's ONLY uses the very best ingredients, thus producing the juiciest most flavorful peace of meat. You can pay more, but you wont get more! Thats a fact!

Does you product leave track marks in the meat   No, only injectors that are not properly sanitized leave track marks.

Your injector is different than my store bought injector, why   Cause we only use the best! Our injectors are easy to clean, compact, and use the sharpest needle on the planet! By using this needle the meat is not put through a violent injecting process which can tear the fiber walls and leave awful full injection holes.

Do your products Contain MSG   The Rubs & Soaks DO NOT. The Beef & Pork Injections do, although a slight amount.

What mixing liquids do you recommend   For the beef I have used Consommé Beef Broth, and water. I personally like Consommé (for competition), although, water is great to use as well.

How far in advance should I Soak   Depends on the cut of meat and the size. I Soak my Competition Chicken for four hours in a slightly concentrated mixture turning and shaking the bag every hour or so. Pork Soak; Ribs I soak for about 4 hrs plus or minus (the size dictates the time), and Butts I get them soaking for as long as possible (at home I do them for 24 hours)! I also use a Tumbler sometimes and then it's about 10 to 20mins on small cuts of meat and 30 to 45 mins on larger cuts. Always adjust to your personal preference.

What is the difference between your Pork Injection & Pork Soak   The injection is design to quickly deeply penetrate the meat. The injection is more of a instant brine and use for soaking the meat. Two different flavors that when used together make one heck of a difference. Make sure to soak before you inject. Note: Pork Soak is amazing on Pork Chops and Tenderloins.

Can your Pork Soak be used as a Injection   Yes, it can be mixed with the injection and I have seen people do it and when. I personally have not but I intend to try it. LOL

Do you sell your rub in bulk   Yes 25 lb or 50 lb boxes, email me for a quote.
