Mixing Instructions: Enough for approx. 2 Briskets

Mix 3/4 cup product to 2 cups liquid (Beef Broth, Water, or whatever liquid you prefer). Adjust to personal taste as needed.


Pork Mixing Instructions

Mixing Instructions: Enough for approx. 2 Butts

Mix 3/4 cup product to 3 cups liquid (Apple Juice, Peach Nectar, Water or whatever liquid you prefer). Adjust to personal taste as needed.


Chicken Soak Mixing Instructions

Mixing Instructions: Enough for approx 5lbs (Parts or whole bird)

Mix 3/4 cup product to 1/2 gal. (64ozs) of liquid (Water, Chicken Broth or whatever liquid you prefer) shake well. Let chicken parts soak for at least 4 hours, and whole chicken for at least 6 hours. Adjust to personal taste as needed. Rinse excess off thoroughly under running water after soaking.


Pork Soak Mixing Instructions

Mixing Instructions: Mix ¾ Cup Product To 1/2 Gallon (64oz.) Of Liquid (Water, Broth, Or Whatever Liquid You Prefer) Shake Well. Soak Pork Chops And Ribs 2-4 Hours Depending On Thickness, Tenderloin 4-8 Hours Depending On Thickness, Whole Loin 12-24 Hours Depending On Thickness. Adjust To Personal Taste As Needed. Rinse Excess Off Thoroughly Under Running Water after Soaking.
